I ordered a laptop from them towards the end of May 2009 using the 3x payments option. It arrived and was faulty so I returned it to them. They recieved the laptop back on 11th June 2009 and I was told a refund would be issued in 3-5 days. This came and went so I emailed them and was told again 3-5 days. This came and went. I found out today, the 22nd June, that they have taken a second payment from my account depsite them accepting the laptop back for a refund. I contacted customer services and was told there was, basically, nothing they could do as it was down to their refunds dept who were very busy and I am on a list and when I get to the top of said list I get all my money back. So I have made 2 payments out of 3 for a laptop I do not have and am now waiting for a refund on 2 payments. I will never use them again. My bank has told me to contact them on the 11th July to put in a dispute If I need to.
