cdf file Teesside (required)

its taken from my box after i done a re-scan fella all chanels def there

what exactly is a cdf? i am from teesside area, just recieved my box today and cannot find any channels at all? do i need to use this?

channels have all moved.....do a factory default reset as this wipes out all the channels so you start with a clean sheet.
Menu/config/clear data/then follow prompts
then do a powerscan on symbolrate 6887
a cdf file is the channels all sorted into fav groups you will need a null cable to connect your box to your computer
