Cant't Flash

Hi, I wrongly thought that my box had finished flashing and It now displays KEIN SYSTEM. I try to flash with ifa but i get this

Network problem. Make sure you've set up the box and PC just like you would when you use FTP to transfer a new image. This means NO FIREWALLS etc. The ethernet cable should be plugged in, and it should be a crossover cable. You will need a STATIC IP ADDRESS, and will need to disable all other network adapters on your system.
 
thx scannin for channels. about how much should come up. im on smellypest and got 405 transponders. is this normal?
 
finds transponder first channels last
what image do you have on
 
Also what software do i use to flash bouquets and services .xml files to the box?
 
any basic ftp software will do the trick mate, but I use Flashfxp which is freely available from Google and most of the guides on here do recommend it!
