Try using Ccam 2.3.0 that will probably fix it.
If not Check that both tuners are locked and working in tuner config,check tuners are both set up correct.

I take it each tuner has its own feed from the LNB ? If not that would cause this problem as well as those mentioned by ajt.

Yes they do my box is a replacement for my old sky box, Im using cccam 2.21 already is 2.3 any different?
