cant find the interactive channels

hi there im sort of a newbie to this, i have downloaded the latest satellite.xml and scanned it, but i cant pick up the sly interactive channels, ive tried manually scanning it too but still cant find, anyone got any suggestions?

ok guys ive come to a conclusion, that this receiver tm500 can not pick up the sly active channels?

is this correct?
