Can the N95 run tom tom without an external gps reciever?

just as the title says can the n95 run tom tom or the like without the need for an external reciever, also where can i get it cough cough free, not charged at all cough cough

It's a definate no to using the internal GPS. Garmin and I believe Route 66 can use it. There's a few good Garmin threads on here you should be able to find.

You wont be able to use the route 66 from your standalone unit m8.

I think that this means that your n95 internal gps receiver and cracked tomtom now really like each other, so to speak.

If anyone is struggling with getting TomTom 6 to work on N95 (8gb) with internal GPS then try Garmin Mobile XT - works like a charm with quick sat lock.

Just turn off aGPS not required in most cases and save some pennies
