I presume you mean the hidden 'Special' menu here.. Go to Menu>Network then press 6666. This will show the hidden menu.

did you read the post . dont think you can but the remotes are cheap off ebay or amazon

dont know if its the box cauz hidden memu not there and cant use remote is there a way i can get hidden memu without remote as i cant put new cams in the box the problem started wen my ccam ran out the box reset itself thats why iv got no hidden memu now and remote keep making box flicking fast between memu and channel only box buttons work
