Cam stops when changing sat

Hi all, as the title says, whenever I change to a different sat my cam stops.
Mainly happens when I go to 19.2 on the french channels, its ok if I'm on the german or spanish channels but if I go to the french ones the cam stops.
The odd time I get a picture on the french movie channel and eventually the cam will stop.

Anyone ever encountered this issue, and sorted it.
