CA pin????

I have set up a tm5400 and tring card for a mate, he wants to view the dirty channel tring x but when he turns it on pardon the pun.... the tm displays a screen, maturity lock,
card level pg-parental guidance
enter CA pin to unlock

i dont have this pin, does anyone know a way to get it?

Also what do I need to install into the box to make sure it updates entitlements to the card?

ok i figured it out, the password was 1234, thought i had tried it already and failed but mustnt have.
