This is a pc for photography editing and that kinda stuff.. I think its pretty good for the price.

£350 budget

Can anyone suggest any addons or different components or even tell me its pi$$?

any input would be nice - also is there anything im missing? Got a DVD rw and the psu is with the case.

Intel Core i3 540 3.06GHz Socket 1156 4MB L3 Cache Retail Boxed Processor £90.42

Asus P8P67 Pro R3 P67 Socket 1155 8 Channel HD Audio ATX Motherboard £141.08

Kingston 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz HyperX Memory Kit 1.65V non-ECC CL9 £55.00

Casecom 7720 Black Mid Tower Case with 450W 24pin SATA PSU 174506 £22.85

Western Digital WD5000AADS 500GB Hard Drive SATAII 32MB Cache - OEM £32.04

Cart total ex vat: £343.18

Gav, that CPU will not work with that motherboard; the WD5000AADS Caviar Green is an "eco" drive, which are unsuitable for booting from; I wouldn't trust an unbranded PSU as far as I could throw it and the cost of the build you've spec'ed with VAT is over £400.

I'd suggest:
Intel Core i5 2500K 3.3GHz Socket 1155 6MB Cache.. | Ebuyer.com
Gigabyte GA-PH67-UD3-B3 H67 Socket 1155 GB LAN 8.. | Ebuyer.com
Kingston 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz HyperX Blu Memory.. | Ebuyer.com
Coolermaster Elite 330 Case With Coolermaster eXtreme.. | Ebuyer.com
Western Digital WD5000AAKS 500GB SATAII 7200RPM 16MB.. | Ebuyer.com
Total inc VAT and super saver delivery: £364.17

Add graphics card and extra RAM as the need arises.

cheers for that..

Like your advise, i was looking towards the 6gbram and lower processing power as i would have thought for photography photoshop stuff would need more ram that cpu.

also, has that mobo got onboard graphics? or would a card need to be purchased?

i3 processor is crap anyway matey..slow as hell !
get an i 5/7 ..or stick with a core2duo

edit..the gigabyte mobo that littlepob linked has onboard graphics...but they are not good ...great board though .
you can buy a half decent card for 60 quid these days and its well worth it .
but a cheaper board without onboard graphics...and a cheaper processor , with the savings get a midrange graphics card .
also you serously dont need 6 gigg of ram..just get 4(corsair) around 40 quid its plenty .

The 6GB kit you had picked is aimed at LGA1366 boards, which run in triple channel. Installing an odd number of DIMMs on a dual channel motherboard it would have meant it only ran in single channel mode. However, there are 8GB kits (2x4GB) to be had for slightly less than the cost of two 4GB kits:
DDR3-1333 http://www.ebuyer.com/product/172949
DDR3-1600 http://www.ebuyer.com/product/247677
You will need both a 64bit OS and photo software.

In terms of bang-per-buck thats the cheapest of the best of the Sandybridge (LGA1155) CPUs. If you want to swap it out for a lower spec to offset the cost of more RAM have a look at: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/254978 or, if you are never going to overclock, the non-K version of the i5 2500 is £10 cheaper: Core i5 2500 3.3GHz Socket 1155 6MB Cache Retail Boxed.. | Ebuyer.com

With LGA1155, the CPU has an integrated graphics chip - though currently you need the correct chipset to use it (i.e. H67 rather than P67) - so a graphics card is not necessary.
