VU+ Duo Box not working :/

Decided to reflash a v2 duo i had spare but when i did its stuck on booting, have flashed bootloader, flashed 4 diff images and all the same, is there a way i can take the bootloader and image off my working duo v2? and just reflash it to the stuck one?

update, decided to open the box and seems that the motherboard is overheating which must be causing the issues. Its no the psu, can i upgrade motherboard or add an external fan (as internal prob overload psu)

if you could find what chip it is and add some paste and maybe a coppercoin on top.

looking from front of box its slighty to the right and it the black metal in a sort of v shape, lifted it and no paste its like its stuck down
