This is a problem I have highlighted under the "Neutrino UK04 Modification - feedback, comments, suggestions, bugs & fixes here!" thread but felt bad about using that thread for my problems!!!

The issue is that I have loaded UK04 and put my serivce and bouquet files on from UK02. This meant that I could see the channels as I expected and the porn was hidden from the kids etc. However, I then did a scan to pick up radio as I did not have that before, the setting used was 'Bouquet ¦ Leave Current' but the scan still loaded everything (and I mean everything) into an 'Other' bouquet with the original bouquets removed.

zaf786 kindly informed me that the 'other' bouquets can't be deleated but I can put all unwanted channels in one bouquet and hide them (using ftp to open your bouquets and edit them and save) otherwise every time you do scan they will show up on other bouquets.

This seems to be what I did but the box still shows the Other bouquet and not the ones in my services/bouquets files. Another quirk is that if I go into Bouquet Editor from the menu on the box, I can see the Bouquets I am looking for but not if I go into the channel select screen and try to 'add to bouquet'.

I know I can reflash and get them on quite easily but out of thoroughness, I would like to know what is wrong...

Also, what does antiscript.xml in the same folder (var/tuxbox/config/zapit) do?

antiscript.xml is part of the Anti [0W] process and isnt needed. The file will be re-created on every startup. Once the box has booted, feel free to delete that file, but be aware that it will reappear when you next boot the box :)

I'm not sure what the problem is, but if you want I can take a look at your services.xml/bouquets.xml/ubouquets.xml file and arrange everything for you if you wish.

I'll leave the antiscript.xml alone then.

The files are attached. I used Textpad to amend thema dn added them to var/tuxbox/config/zapit

Thanks very much

I have discovered the problem... give me a minute and I will explain it and work out how to fix the files...

Can I ask... before you uploaded these files, did you reboot the box?

The honest answer is that I cannot really remember but I probably didn't as I am always rushing things like that rather than taking each step at a time

OK heres the fixed files...
Seems like the Anti 0W script isnt doing its magic properly on the ubouquets.xml file. I've looked at the script and the only thing I can see which might be causing this problem is:

Code:
You don't have permission to view the code content. Log in or register now.

... the script COULD be going wrong by applying antiscript.xml twice instead of once. To fix this I would just simply swap the top two lines around, like this:

Code:
You don't have permission to view the code content. Log in or register now.

... which would probably make the script more reliable.
If your problem starts happening to quite a few people then I will rewrite the script so that it includes the modifications above.

ANYWAY...
Your ubouquets.xml file did not match up to the channels in services.xml, which is why you were having the problem.

The fixed files are attached.
Just FTP them into /var/tuxbox/config/zapit and reboot :)

Thanks very much for this but the issue is still there. Do I need to change the lines in the Anti OW Script? If so, which file is it that I need to change?

If the issue is still there then you will need to completely remove your services.xml, bouquets.xml, and ubouquets.xml files from the box and do a fresh scan... the bouquets are quite messed up and seem to be all over the place; best to start again.

If you dont really want to scan again then have a look in the DBOX2 downloads section for a services.xml and bouquets.xml file for your area and put them into /var/tuxbox/plugins/dbox-services and reboot the box, and your channels will be instantly sorted for you :)

Will set this off and go to bed. Cheers for all your help with this.

Loady - that'll be one problem but there is still a problem with it. Cheers.
