Mobile Phones bought fake mobile phone and cant get any network, hlp plz

my daughter bought a samsung note 3 mobile phone
which turned out to be fake
well she still wants to keep it
but the problem i have is that
the phone was only making calls ect but she cudnt connect to the internet
to go on facebook n stuff,
so i tried doing a factory reset as nothing else was working
and not its not even making calls ???
any1 know how i can get this set up plz
o2 were reluctant to help me
as it was a fake phone

I'm afraid that the clue may be in the fact that it is a "Fake" and it probably isn't capable of connecting to the internet.

Do you know what software was on it?
Maybe a reflash, if possible?

will be the network settings that been erased
go to the networks website and check out what settings need to be on the phone
most time the network will set via text but as its a copy phone will need to be done maunally
