both a&b tuner lights are on my display

hi guys im only using tuner b but tuner a is also lit up on lcd 1 when i go to thels for tuner a they are all greyed out, has anyone else experienced this?

Usually happens when people open their ports on router to allow streaming externally. Someone else joins network and streams from receiver.

is there a way to fix this?
