The first and last link are for windows 7 machines, it's for an xp machine I need. The "win 98 boot disk or the files" link doesn't work on thepcspy link.

Usinng a Vista machine to try and format the USB and getting the error message administartor right needed to run this tool, however I am the administator. Arghhhh.
