boot problem

hi first of all i would like to say im a newbie im more used to dbox2

anyway i bought a pace box ready for plug n play switch it on the pace message comes up and then just a single flashing green light....i went in the engineers menu and the card status says please wait...done this for at least half hour i have checked the net id etc all are fine..
any ideas please much appriciated as the seller as vanished
