Blood test monitors

Diabetes 2 , so want to keep up on sugar levels.
What do you guys use, which is easiest and decent price.
Tried one ages ago but replacement strip cost twice what the whole unit cost

I use one called 'EasyTouch' (easylife is the same thing), but as you say, the strips can be expensive

I did have one called 'Prima Home test' but found I could not longer buy the strips..

Lesson -- before purchase check the price/availability of the strips.

As a Type 2 Diabetic can you get a test meter on the NHS ?? ( I am only classed as Pre-Diabetic)
