Blank channels help needed

Which image are you running on your DM800HD?

Depending on image, it will be one of the mips/tuxbox versions

the oscam is reading the box key ok

013/11/30 22:13:56 57B5F0 r [videoguard2-reader] serial: 02xxxxxxx, BoxID: 1xxxxxxx, baseyear: 1997

Think the card might be fecked, can't see how its not even opening liverpool tv

OK then is that an OE 1.6 image you are using ?
If so make sure you are using a OE 1.6 oscam version

Sorry mate, how do I know for sure if its 1.6?
Also where do I put the Oscam.bin when I find download it?

Section > mips-tuxbox-oe1.6
Download > oscam-svn9063-mips-tuxbox-webif-Distribution.tar.gz

I suspect it will be located in /usr/bin/softcam. Search for "oscam" while on the root of the internal memory instead of within a folder. Backup your existing version.

ok lads and thanks for all the help tonight but i think this is a card issue.
I have just went back to cccam 2.30 and again its not clearing anything.
this was working the other day before it lost some entitlements.
The entiltlements it has lost are the following.
003 27-11-2013
00b 27-11-2013
0010 27-11-2013
001d 27-11-2013
005b 27-11-2013
005c 27-11-2013

I am wondering does the card need to have one of these upto date or the rest will not clear?
I will leave it running over night on cccam to see if it updates.

As suspected it must be a card issue, tried another card this morning and got it running ok.

Two quick questions.

1.Should I move c:lines from others from CCcam.cfg to oscam.server? Seems to be working ok without changing anything.

2. Anywhere I can see what clients are connected? i know under casc user I can see 7/7 but is there any way to see who they actually are?

A big thanks to everyone that helped me along the way.

If you are still using oscam/Cccam then use the Cccam web info to see connections and don't move any users etc as Cccam is still controlling them :)

Hi Wiz,
I usually use cs studio to monitor cccam. When I try to connect now i get the error:

Update failed : HTTP/1.1 401 Authorization Required

Can you try it in your browser m8

browser should be fine

having a look at his again and got it running ok using an old oscam and ccam, all running ok but still getting the breaking up on RTE channels.
Tried to upgrade the oscam.bin and get these results.

now its not reading the card at all.

Any ideas?

not sure if will help your problem mate

but latest versions of oscam seems to be throwing up failures

not connecting etc think its a firewall issue if switch to earlier rev of oscam sorts it again

Thanks bhoy, need a upto date version to fix the ssues with the irish channels, think maybe i am downloading the wrong version of oscam. I have downloaded this one:
oscam-svn9096-mips-tuxbox-webif-Distribution.tar.gz

problems reported from versions 9082 upwards

reverting to earlier as isaid solves connection issues etc

other than that no idea

tried 9081, no different.
One thing I have noticed is that when I change the oscam.bin the reader name changes from skyuk to SKYUK, not sure how to edit it though.

problem appears to start here
