If your sure the server is running ok then its either your boxs internet connection or the cam is not running?

I though that so i put cccam 2.1.3 been using 2.3.0 still the same even flashed again no change internets fine (well tsmedia works well no freeze) so im sure its not the stb ect i ran a test worked and fine so it must be the server

Press blue button and cccaminfo what does it say for server?

Green dot?

Blue Button > Softcam Manager
Ensure that your cam is shown in list of active ones and also that startup is enabled as indicated by tick in box.

Buttons are contextual.
Green toggles between Start/Stop. If it is running text will show "Stop". I.E. press green to stop.
Blue enables/disables Startup
