Bit locker on login

I've have a laptop (same one that was bios locked now unlocked) that happens to have bitlocker on the admin password. Which is the best way to simply factory reset it ?. I don't want any data I just want it flattened so I can use it

You will need to create a bootable thumb drive with windows on first to install after you have done the process in the first video below as it will delete the operating system.
