After 30 years of betting nearly every day on horses:-
I was in the bookies studying form, when I heard a bugle sound behind me.
On the tv screen, was a cartoon house race about to start.
The cartoon horses were going to post.
I noticed that the first 3 horses all had white jackets, white with green sleeves, white with purple sleeves and all white.
I turned back to the paper and noticed that the cartoon horses form was next to where I was standing.
I noticed that the white coats were number 4, 7 and 11
So I scribbled out

And placed the bet
Now up to this point the most I had won was a couple hundred pounds.
I watched with my mouth open as they came in.
£6,200
It took a few days to get paid out, the owner had to come and check the camera to make sure no fiddle.
Took the missus somewhere very nice for our silver anniversary and bought her some nice jewellery.
I never went back to the bookies until it was all spent.
