Best wifi antenna to use for piggy-back purposes?

hi guys,

surrounded by many flats, anyone care to recommend any to use?

looking for one that provides good coverage but doesnt look like a mobile phone mast! LOL! ..... or offers too much of an increased cancer risk!!

Looking to mount somewhere outside.

I would go for the OMNI option first, and hook it straight into a wireless card. or a Wap 54g in client mode.
