Hi all,guner buy my sister a dvd player for her birthday but can only afford around £70,any ideas for a multi-region,plays cdr/rw and plays vcd copys................ta

alba dvd108 from argos cat no. 533/2247 £69.99 comes with scart.
Just bought one of these for daughters crimbo.

Plays vcd copies but you need to enter 1111 with the remote every time you insert disc.

accustic solutions also very good player.

to make the alba dvd108 region free:
1- press the 'pal/ntsc'
2- press menu
3- press 0

i got the cyberhome 99quid from richer sounds cant fault it one bit
