Best addons or pluggins

ive jail broke my apple tv now and installed xbmc so i want to no which are the best addons or pluggins to av on it for watching movies sport tv eg

I didn't know you could get catchuptv to work on apple TV 2 . I googled it but can't seem to find any guides. Anyone got a guide please?

ftp to the box and dump this file where all addon go
load xbmc and then install from zip

once installed go to catchup tv website create account .load up in xbmc and add details

should run sweet

tried filezilla and cyberduck on IMAC to transfer file but still not connecting. Will try again tomorrow
