Well it was good while it lasted, an ISP completely true to the meaning of unlimited.

Been a member for quite a few years but their service has suffered lately, plus losing ground over not providing a fibre product.

Unfortunately just because they're upgrading your exchange, doesn't necessarily mean you'll be able to get it:

Even when your local exchange has been upgraded with BT Infinity, it's possible that some people in the area will still not be able to get it on their line. In fact, if you take two houses on the same road or even next door to each other, only one house might be able to get BT Infinity.

My exchange was enabled last year and I can't get fibre. Turns out I'm connected direct to my exchange therefore fibre can't be supplied or so BT Openrrach claim

Unfortunately just because they're upgrading your exchange, doesn't necessarily mean you'll be able to get it:

My exchange has been upgraded, but I can't actually get FTTC until March 2014, which in essence knowing BT means some months later.
