The footprint for Astra 2F is very narrow lots of expat's will be in for a disappoinment.

I would not worry too much at the moment about the 2F footprint most services have moved back to 1N due to some technical issues with 2F, i have never seen so muck tooing and froing going on at one time, Astra 2B now being vacated to allow it to move to 19.2 east instaed of the planned 1N move highly entertaining stuff
