The BBC are "fighting" to poach Graham Norton from Channel 4, according to the News of the World today.
The corporation is said to be offering the camp entertainer a £5 million deal to front a revamped Generation Game as well as one-off documentaries and chat shows.
ITV are also wooing Norton in the hope he'll switch to the network when his Channel 4 contract expires next year.
