back-up image tm9100

hi ive just got the image on my tm9100 sorted and everything running and i want to know can i back-up the image like you do with a dbox2 to a iso, thanks

Not sure how to do this yet!

I've tried with the usual dreambox enigma commands in telnet and managed to create a backup but I can't get it flash back to the box.

FlashWizardPro doesn't work.

You might be able to use iBoot to back it up onto a memery card and then to your PC (idea just came to me as I'm typing so not tried it yet).

If you go to ftp on the dcc you can transfer all the files to your computer.

ive just found this elsewhere (thanks evilged) theyre back and restore scripts

Some images don't have them so I've thought I's post them here.

ftp to var/bin chmod 755.
Telnet to you box cd /var/bin/
use
./backup.sh /hdd
to backup setting to /hdd/archive

use
./restore.sh /hdd all
to restore all settings.
Other restore script options instead of all are:
settings
service
playlist
satellites
emucfg
emuset
emukey
registry
timer
sambaconfig
plugins

Not exactly the best method of backing up an image but at least it's an option. All it does it copy the files to a different location, we're still waiting for an option to create an actual .img file.
