can someone help?tryed everything to turn au on with no luck at all,driving me mad,any help most welcome.

what operating system? what happens when you try? how are you tring to turn AU on? yada yada yada

click on start, all programs, windows update.
it will take you to the update website whereyour system is scanned for neessary updates, download and install these, and from the website will have the option to turn updates on/off
