on my tm500 alot of channels,the audio is out of sync,is there a way to get the sound and pic to work together?

i have seen some lip sync issues on my tm600 when changing channels, but it sorts itself out after 5 secs or so of being on the same channel.
have you got the "Fast Zapping" option unticked (turned off) in the menu?
I have seen some people say that having it enabled can cause lip-sync issues. Give it a go.
