usedTOXIC7. and entered by and ird, (tried it both ways the wright way and the wrong way)
CHECKed C&W
saved it as MYEXEEP.bin
then
LOADED "MYEXMYEEP.BIN" INTO EXTERNAL EEPROM
LOAD FILENAME "CRYPTHEX-CW.HEX INTO FLASH.
LOAD "CRYPTHEXEEP.HEX" INTO YOUR INTERNAL EEPROM.
THEN I ENTERED THE FUN4 CARD INTO DITV1000 BOX,
WAITED ALL NIGHT NOTHING HAPPENED
I GET THE FREE CHANNELS BUT THE REST ARE ALL BLANK, I GET THE MESSAGE "B1015 THIS CHANNEL IS CURENTLY UNAVAILBE"
AS I SAID I TRIED THIS METHOD WITH IRD BOTH WAYROUND , I ALSO TRIED IT BY CONVERTING THE.BIN FILE TO TO.HEX , USING THE SWAPBIN.HEX FILE, STILL NOTHING,
PLEASE CANSOME ONE HELP , I MUST BE GOING WRONG SOMEWHERE ,THANK YOU

did as u suggested , wrote each file seperatly using elvis and multiprog,

external eeprom first ie myexteep.hex
then internal eeprom ie CRYPTHEXEEP.HEX
then flash ie CRYPTHEX-CW.HEX

waited nearly 20 mins , just get the free channels , rest just a black ,screen


ps in the readme tutorial of TWOBEERCANS it says

FLASH FILE (is this CRYPTHEX-CW.HEX )

FLASH FILE <AGAIN ( i dont understand this part why do we hav to prog
this again)
INTERNAL EEPROM (this is CRYPTHEXEEP.HEX )

shall i give this a try, it is different to wat CRACKERCHALK suggest above

just programm the flash file once only

do it in the order i stated in the tut - there is a relationship between the flash and the external eeprom. most programmers autowrite in this order.

that is why when you read you ext eeprom the flash is erased.
i think it has something to do with addressing from the flash < never really paid much attention though.
