ask toolbar cant get rid of it

this fecker has installed in ie 7 but theres no folder file when i use add / remove programmes how the feck do i get rid of it

either do a system restore before the toolbar appeared or uninstall ie7 thats the only way I think

did that and it dissapeared until i opened a new page yep and there it was again

See when you checked in the "add/remove programs" in the control panel did you check down all the entries just in case it didnt start with A. As in the screen shot you posted you only showed top half and maybe its further down?

If ask jeeves tool bar came with IE7 like mine the only way to get rid of it is to Uninstall IE7 then reinstall it without that toolbar If the toolbar was there before IE7 was installed then I havent a clue But mine went when I Uninstalled and no matter how much u look for it you wont find it like I didnt. I looked for hours for it and drove red mad until he told me to uninstall IE7
