No problem. I had to replace one of those when we first bought the house - luckily one of the footballers is a gas engineer. Another is a joiner, another is a plasterer, fence erector, engineer, electrician. I'm pretty lucky in that if something goes wrong one of the lads will help at cost price - the only thing I think we're missing is a plumber lol. We've even got one lad who puts bus stops up for a living, just in case I fancy one of those in the garden haha!
