arnet sound problems

has any one noticed a issue with sound from the digital out on the box, its is very low while its connected to my amp, other boxes such as dbox and others give a very higher output. Is this a bug on the box?

if you done a factory reset you will find the vol is very low ...just increase it on the remote and will be ok

i have put the volume up and it has been a issue on all of the firmwares so far,, it could and should be a bug on the firmware, i dont see itbeing a hardware error,, it would be too much of a flaw.
