yeah mate its jailbroken and has that on it how do u find these programs plz

Install Navi-X plugin on it. You get films etc on that.

SportsDevil for footy etc.

Are you talking live channels or just previously aired tv shows? If just previously aired tv shows I've been having very good luck with Ice Films. A lot of HD content on there too!
