Phone Unlocking Anybody unlocked a Huawei P20 Pro from EE?

Ordered a P20 Pro from CEX but naively assumed it was locked to Vodafone (couple of quid to unlock on fleabay?) after doing some Googling looks like it's more problematic to unlock from EE, maybe need to wait 6 months if it's brand new then costs £8.99??
Only ordered today Huawei P20 Pro Single Sim 128GB Black, EE/Vodafone Grade A - £365 @ CeX - hotukdeals plan to use on Three, anybody offer any advice/got any experience to help please?

Check out XDA forum if it can be unlocked it will be on that site

Cheers for suggestion @casuk not much luck over at XDA, the phone arrived today so phoned EE & paid the £8.99 to get it unlocked. Thanks again.
