Anti-porn filters - any recommendations?

My little girl googled "ponies" and got a site about bisexuals.
Anyway, I clearly need to put a parenta control filter on the machine. Any suggestions?

A MicroMart freebie disc has one called Naomi on it and one called Parenta Control. I'll try them both and post a result in a while but I'd be glad of any advice.

If you get AOL they have that buit in and also with blueyonder broadband you get a tool called PC guard which has anti virus, firewall and a parental controll filter. Its avalible here:http://www.blueyonder.co.uk/blueyonder/getContent.jspx?page=services_securitypcguard

HOWEVER ! Im not sure if you need to be a customer to download it , you probably do.

I know how you feel and have had many probs like this when my kids have searched innocent words for school reports etc,,,.I use Zone Alarm Pro and it is 100% in control and you can tick all relevent types you wish to block.
Give it a try m8 and I think it will do the job.

NetNanny quite useful for this.

Also Kaspersky anti virus suite has a built in one Im sure which Ive heard is very Good.

Yeap I'll go with net nanny, although my son has found out all about proxy's and how to by pass the fooker the daughter anit yet

I'm testing Parental Control now which is free and seems to work. I had to exit it in order to view this page!

i use norton internet security and we have 2 kids and it stops them from looking at the wrong stuff
