Many people may be unaware that just by choosing AmazonSmile rather than just Amazon to make your purchase, Amazon will donate 0.5% of the purchase price to a charity of your choice.
There are quite a few charities to choose from and most can be seen here.

There is no difference in the prices and it is Amazon who pays the donation so nothing to lose.
These upcoming Prime days, 12th and 13th July, AmazonSmile will double the donations.

All you need to do is activate AmazonSmile in your app settings and choose your preferred charity. Pretty much the same when doing it through your browser on pc.
