Goalkeeper Allan McGregor has been named in the Scotland squad for next Wednesday's friendly against Sweden.
It is the 28-year-old's first call-up since a breach of team discipline while on Scotland duty last April.
The Rangers keeper has not played for his country since being dropped following the Boozegate affair.
Manager Craig Levein names four Middlesbrough players in his squad, including a recall for former Celtic captain Stephen McManus.
McGregor was omitted from Levein's first squad to face the Czech Republic because of an eye injury.
Sunderland goalkeeper Craig Gordon is sidelined with a broken arm, so McGregor will vie with David Marshall and Ibrox team-mate Neil Alexander for a starting place.
McManus is included in the squad after being omitted from the game against the Czechs, which Scotland won 1-0.
Kevin Thomson, Barry Robson and Kris Boyd are the other Boro players in the squad for the trip to Stockholm.
Rangers striker Kenny Miller has been named despite suffering from shin splints during the club's pre-season trip to Sydney and team-mate Kirk Broadfoot returns from injury.
Facing Sweden will give Levein a final chance to assess his players ahead of the Euro 2012 qualifying double-header against Lithuania and Liechtenstein in September.
