i hope this is in the right section if not move it to appropiate area

i know a lot of you brew beer and wine,but has anyone brewed any spirits
using an air still,i know its not allowed in the uk,but it is allowed ;) there is a
loophole

Yes me m8 ive made loads of flavoured water It's dead easy takes a week to ferment the wash/spirit base you can reuse old clean spirit bottles to put it in i got a load from a local pub. Once you have your spirit base at 40% you just add your flavourings. Thee still spirits flavourings ive found to be the best on the market for producing spirits that taste like the commercial equivalent. Use kitchen sugar to make your wash rather than dextrose as imo it makes no difference to the taste.

And yeah you are allowed to produce so many litres of ethonol fuel per year in the uk.
