hi guys is there more easy way to enter cline on 5402hd like a file with cline on then upload it to the box.
pain in ass adding them man by remote

If you press the Sat button when you're in the Server List it will upload a .txt file to your USB drive which is prefixed by CSInfo_ then the date and time it was created. Attach the USB to your PC and you can edit the file in a text editor. My advice would be to enter a cline via the remote first so you can see what goes where.

You can then reconnect your USB drive to your stb and upload the file in Main Menu > USB > Data Transfer.

Well anyway, this was the text :

Just make a txt file and put this on a usb stick
Csinfo.txt

Hi Chaps. I have just loaded the patch 102 with add on and got the cccam menu now on my TM5402. I have also filled up the cfg notepad and loaded it too with my details. Do I need to fill up the filters? I have noticed that I need to input caid + ident (if yes where do I get this info from?)
And finally how can i get started. Do I need to register to a cline? What are the best way to get around the jungle of cs sharing site where there are either dead lines or they want money first with no promise on the delivery of the goods?
Thanks for your help everyone.

I have attached a blank CSinfo.txt file form a 5402 for you to use, It's blank by the way just fill in your details form your line and re-upload via USB, you dont have to worry about caid &ident this is used mainly for the other type of line starting with N.

Thanks for that mate - only problem is I get impression that not many people actually USE Newc*md, mainly use Ccc*m!:drink:

Well if you own the box the 5402 that is then you would know that in the IP menu where your lines appear you have the option to change from newcamd to CCcam by the press of a button, Or even easier just change the file i uppped by deleting newcamd to cccam its as easy as that. In fact the first 2 connections of the file are already setup as cccam.

Thats not what I said mate - the point I was making was that Ccc*m seems to be somewhat more popular than the other Newc*md!:drink:

Hi chaps. Many thanks for the information. I have one problem. I can connect to a cline and see the status in the 8281 menu that I am connected too which is fine. My issue is that my cline doesn't appear to connect or show as connected. To create my cline I registered to a no *p provider and created a couple of hosts. Then I entered my user name to the noip account with host line I created along in the slot 0 of cccam including a password, port number for the user... When I select activate it does not. Should I enter the information somewhere else than in the cs info text? or I am proceding the wrong way? Do I need to create a fline? clearly something is not right! Thank for your help guys!

not sure what you mean but you can't share out from a tm non linux it's client only explain a bit more what you are trying to do and what are you trying to share or connect to,wich host.

can somebody help me how to break this line up to put in my tm5402hd please as its doing my head in
