Add-on folder

Hi guys
I want to get a video add-on that I have installed from a repository so I just have that add-on instead having to install the repo
Which folder do I need to zip to add on to a usb
I`m on my pc and i`m in Local disk/Users/Noodles/AppData/Roaming/Kodi
I have these folders>> Addons, Backupdir, Cache, Media, System and Userdate
Where do I need to look for that Video add-on folder so I can just grab that put on to a usb and install that on a box?

be addon folder but without the repo it wont update if & when needed
