A006 Blacklisted smart card

Just got a used Fun 4 Prussian Galaxy 2 & tried to prog as AUFun with correct Eeprom size, but keep getting blacklisted card warning. I’ve changed the cam id & erased the card before programming.
I’m using RippedHex v1 with Elvis & MP 3.4-3.5. For 2100c, ex C&W.
Any ideas?

Forgot to swap bin file to hex.
