800HD Flashing

I have flashed a lot of these clone boxes but this the first i can't have tried flashing boot loader took ok but when i try a flash over the web it gets to about 66% i get this message too much data (or bad sectors) in partition 3 (end: 04000000, pos: 04000000)
Have tried recovering bad sectors in dreamup but still no joy anyone got a cure Thanks.

looks to me like your flash is damaged try and older oe1.6 image such as Oozoon these are smaller in size and with the recovery option ticked it may recover it.

Thanks for the reply but did try a few with no luck will try an older one like ferret said.
