5402HDCI LOCKING UP, CRASHING

Hi all, I have not been on this forum for years but have a problem thats baffling me. My 5402 keeps locking up, totally unresponsive, but only when the internet is connected.Sometimes it locks after 3 mins, sometimes an hour.The only cure is a reboot. Without the internet plugged in its fine!! It even locks up on FTA channels. When it locks up, the LED channel info on the front goes to one digit only.

Peculiar fault, do you think I ought to get an M3( mine is an early HDCI with S/W 1.27(dec 2012)? Any ideas welcomed.........

Have you tried to update the receiver, to see if this may clear your fault, I think patch wise the mk1/mk2 went up to 143 JUL 15.
What is your receiver FIXED or MOTORISED.
There are still a lot of channels to see, with BISS & POWERVU keys, this is with a TM5402mk3

I have give it to you Den, you got it in one! I updated to latest( ages old now) patch and it seems to be behaving. Early days yet but so far so good.
