Old Bank Chambers, Bishop Auckland - Cash Desk (Monday, Thursday & Friday only)
Woodhouse Close Offices, Proudfoot Drive, Bishop Auckland - Cash Desk
The light bulbs are distributed to private householders who are Over 60 or who receive any of the following benefits:

Council Tax Benefit
Housing Benefit
Income Support
Jobseekers Allowance
Working Families Tax Credit
Child Tax Credit
Disability Living Allowance
Attendance Allowance
Industrial Injuries Disablement
War Disablement Pension
Proof of Qualification must be shown!
