iPhone 4.3 JB Possible

I have a 3GS running 4.3FW and it's factory unlocked so I'm looking to JB. I've ran forecast and it says:

Baseband: 5.16.01
Bootloader: 6.4
Model: MC131

Jailbreakable: Only with SHSH blobs
Unlockable?: No (but it is as I have tried 3 SIM cards from different carriers)
Tethered?: Depends on Jailbreak

Any help much appreciated.

Theres only a tethered JB for 4.3 and its A snowbreeze beta,Me personally I would wait a few weeks for a untethered one from either GreenPois0in or Limerain
