3boxes 2 cards

Hi all,
I have had a problem for a week now trying to get my 3 boxes and 2 cards to share.
I have in my router ports 12000, 16003 and 16006 and have put in the ccam config 12000, 16001 and 16006 in the server listen port. I have setup 1 server line and 2 client in each box. But my friend who is checking the setup can only see 1 card in the first box. Where am i going wrong as ready to throw them all in the bin.

im not sure of cccam m8, but youd need to setup a server line for each card you want to share
