250 doing me head in

telepest liverpool going me first 250 and havin probs , put 250_dunp_tenet.bin on then upgraded to stealth with no probs , used the Ambit config tool 096 , and have also tryed putting the information in manual thru telnet aswell , mac defo alright have even tryed my subbed 1 , and tftp sever i used was 60.30.0.121 , have tryed to flash it again to 250_dunp_telnet , but can not seem to be able to .it just goes straight into scannig for freq when i press P..here's me modem log ,,

it has worked this time as well as you flashed new firm to modem but aint getting it right entering new details

judging from ur connection status page i would say the problem could be ur ur downstream signal (-21) is way too low anything over -15 will cause ur modem not to function properly and -26 means no downstream signal from ur feed so -21 is dangerously close... if ur sure the mac is 100% working 1 then the low signal is causing the mac to fail (Waiting for DHCP Offer) usually means the mac is no good so i would say put ur modem directly on the feed (no splitter) and see if the signal improves and if u have any attenuator remove it from the line also check the the feed and the f-connector for any damage
