firstly chaps i'm on the scrounge lol

is there any chance someone could sort me out with about 5 meters fo white or black twin shotgun cable plus 4 connectors please? lol if you good guys cant its ok just thought i would ask just let me know aprice inc delivery

2nd question

how do i set a sky+ hd box to output a picture via the RF out instead of the scart?

how do i tune an LG telly in to pick up the sky feed?

just run a cable from RF out to your TV input,

turn to antenna,
menu>setup>manual tuning
switch DTV with just TV.

then just go through each frequency until you find your box.

my old man hates scart leads too

by shotgun cable do you mean two coax , I have some "shotgun" cable that is for cctv. It has coax with second cable carrying power.
Let me know if you want a bit. should have 5m spare
